The Hardened Azerite Formation is obtained by combining 9 Aqueous Reliquary, which drop from the Radiance of Azshara, the Queen's Court, and Queen Azshara in the Eternal Palace. Only classes with a tank specialization can create this item.
Infusing the item at the Heart Forge will grant Rank 1 of the Azeroth's Undying Gift Essence and leave behind a Crumbling Mineral Formation.
