Ancient Vault Artifact drops from bosses and have a chance to drop from trash mobs throughout the Vault of the Incarnates. Turn them in to Lillian Brightmoon at in the Azure Archives Annex of Valdrakken for 10 Dragon Isles Supplies and 30 reputation with the Dragonscale Expedition.
