Garren's Haunt
Last wiki revision 2023-02-16
SS Tirisfal Glades
Garren's Haunt is a large farmstead in the northern part of the Tirisfal Glades. It includes a farmhouse, a barn, a couple of silos, and a wide-stretched field.
The darkhound Plague can be found in the barn.
Once a bountiful place, the farmstead became gray and lifeless due to the effects the Plague of Undeath. Garren and his family were brutally murdered by the Scourge during the Scourging of Lordaeron, and his home became residence to the Rot Hide gnolls, and their leader Maggot Eye, who hungrily attacked anyone who came too close.
Following the Cataclysm, the area saw increased Forsaken activity and contained several plague tanks. Apothecary Jerrod and Apprentice Crispin sent Horde adventurers to perform various tasks, notably to kill Maggot Eye and his undead gnolls.
During the Battle for Lordaeron, the farmstead was abandoned by both the Forsaken and Rot Hide gnolls, and was damaged by the advance of the Alliance forces. Following the end of the conflict, Garren's Haunt remained abandoned. It is unknown what happened to Maggot Eye and the Rot Hide gnolls, but they were possibly killed either by the Forsaken or the Alliance.
