Halis Dawnstrider

Halis Dawnstrider is a blood elf general goods vendor located outside of the inn at Fairbreeze Village in Eversong Woods. He is the only source for Bundle of Fireworks, needed for The Party Never Ends.

Occasionally Halis will try to get Magistrix Landra Dawnstrider's attention and will sigh when unable to. It is unknown whether the two are blood relatives or married.

He also sells Bundle of Fireworks required for The Party Never Ends if the player is currently on that quest.

I have all manner of goods for sale,. Browse at your leisure.

A list... how intriguing. Ah yes, the shipment of fireworks for Lord Saltheril. He hasn't paid for them; are you here to purchase them on his behalf, ?
