Spear (weapon type)

Spears were an in-game weapon type during the development of World of Warcraft. The proficiency to use them could be learned by druids, hunters, and warriors. Dulciea Frostmoon was a spear trainer.

With the game's full release, the spear weapon type was removed and all existing spear items were reclassified as polearms.
