Ironforge (faction)

Ironforge is the faction associated with the capital city of the Alliance dwarves, Ironforge. King Magni Bronzebeard once ruled this kingdom of Khaz Modan, before falling victim to a Titan curse. In his absence the city is guided by the Council of Three Hammers, with a representative from each of the three major dwarven clans: Muradin Bronzebeard, High Thane of the Bronzebeard clan; Moira Thaurissan, Queen-Regent of the Dark Iron clan; and Falstad Wildhammer, High Thane of the Wildhammer clan.

The zones of Dun Morogh, Loch Modan, Wetlands, Southern Barrens, and Alterac Valley offer many quests for gaining reputation with Ironforge.

Daily cooking and fishing quests that reward reputation are available in Ironforge. The fishing daily is given by Grimnur Stonebrand in the Forlorn Cavern. The cooking daily is given by Daryl Riknussun at the Great Forge.

The Ironforge Quartermaster is Captain Stonehelm, located at the Great Forge. At all reputation levels, he sells the Ironforge Tabard, which can be used to champion Ironforge in dungeons for additional reputation.

Reputation can also be gained by competing in the Argent Tournament (requires level 80) or by turning in Ironforge Writ of Commendations from the Molten Front (requires level 85).

with Ironforge is one of the requirements for achieving the title of Alliance Ambassador.

At reputation, Captain Stonehelm sells a unique 16-slot bag.

At reputation, Captain Stonehelm sells level 35 cloaks, and non-Dwarf Alliance races are able to purchase and ride Ram mounts (Dwarves can ride rams regardless of faction reputation). Ironforge rams are bought from Veron Amberstill at the Amberstill Ranch in Dun Morogh. Unarmored rams are available starting at level 20, with armored rams available at level 40.
