The Recrystallizing Azerite Formation is obtained by combining 18 Aqueous Reliquary, which drop from the Radiance of Azshara, the Queen's Court, and Queen Azshara in the Eternal Palace. Only classes with a tank specialization can create this item.
Infusing the item at the Heart Forge will grant Rank 2 of the Azeroth's Undying Gift Essence and leave behind a Crumbling Mineral Formation.
