Fetish of the Dark Caverns

The Fetish of the Dark Caverns can be looted from the Challenger's Cache at the end of a successful level 4 or higher Mythic+ dungeon. Only classes with a tank specialization can loot it.

Infusing the item at the Heart Forge will grant Rank 1 of the Anima of Life and Death Essence and leave behind a Frayed Fetish.
