Refugee Kid

Refugee Kids are blood elf, draenei, human, and orc boys located throughout the Lower City in Shattrath, mainly in and around the orphanage. One group of Refugee Kids run nonstop in a wide circle around the southern parts of the Lower City. Another group of three Refugee Kids stand outside the Shattrath Infirmary in the northern part and periodically go on a walk west to the Skettis Outcasts' quarters before heading back; the trip partially overlaps with one taken by a trio of female Refugee Children, who make fun of the boys for their behavior.

The three Kids near the Infirmary start their walk by stopping in front of Oloraak's tent, where one of them says one of the following:

Next, they stop next to a pack of Rats in front of Araac's tent.

They then run around Araac's tent a few times, stop next to the Rats again for a few seconds, and finally running back to the Infirmary.
