Escaped Captive

Escaped Captives are souls located throughout the Catacombs of Regret in Revendreth. Some are attacking broken Catacombs Cages, while others are being tormented by manifestations.

Using Chains of Regret on an Escaped Captive will turn it into a friendly Captured Soul. It will then follow you until it's returned to an intact Catacombs Cage.

• This debuff affects any Escaped Captives that are surrounded by manifestations. It breaks if the captive enters combat.
