Speak to Lao Shu in The Laughing Crane inn.

I have come to lend my help to the Order of the Broken Temple.

My job is to create a solid base of operations around here. Right now, we have wounded to tend and bellies to feed. After this, we can worry about building our defenses.

Lao Shu is in charge of our supply inventory. Go and speak with him now in the inn.

You will receive:

Ah, yes yes yes! High Elder Cloudfall was right to send you to me.
