Mr. Pinchy's Gift

When fishing from Highland Mixed Schools in Terokkar Forest, there is approximately a 0.2% chance that you will catch, a rare magical crawdad that will grant you three random wishes on a 2 day cooldown. Mr. Pinchy's Gift is the result of one of these wishes, which contains up to 5 Super Healing Potions and 5 Super Mana Potions. It has been reported that the gift may contain five Runic Healing Potions and Runic Mana Potions as well as five Potion of Speed for players who are past level 70.

If your inventory is full when you get Mr. Pinchy's Gift, you will receive it in the mail with a letter that reads "So, Mr. Pinchy grants you a gift and you throw it away like garbage eh? Well, you HAVE to take it! But don't think Mr. Pinchy didn't notice. Mr. Pinchy will have his revenge! When you least expect it..."
