Sets an attribute used by the UI panel management system. SetUIPanelAttribute(frame, name, value)
- frame : Widget - Frame handle to set the attribute on.
- name : String - Name of the UI panel management attribute to set.
- value : Any - The value you wish to set for the attribute.
- This appears to be intended to replace (as a wrapper for) frame:SetAttribute("UIPanelLayout-"..name, value)
