Emissary Taluun

Emissary Taluun is a draenei located in Stormwind Keep in Stormwind City. He serves as the chief ambassador to the Kingdom of Stormwind for the Exodar and draenei people. He can be found in the Petitioner's Chamber, the first room to the left when entering through the keep's main entrance. When he came to Stormwind, he brought Farseer Umbrua with him.

After the fall of Theramore, Taluun was present during a meeting with King Varian and other Alliance leaders and ambassadors to determine the best course of action in response to the Horde's blockade of Kalimdor.
