Lard

Lard is an ogre innkeeper located in Revantusk Village in the Hinterlands.

One day, whilst on a picnic in his secret spot, Lard was waylaid by a massive group of the Vilebranch tribe kidnappers attacked, leading Lard to run home without his lunch. Lard tasked an adventurer with retrieving his picnic basket and the lunch within it.

You must climb to the second level of the Inn to get rested and get the "Triple Z's on your characters icon. Many players open tickets about this in an attempt to pass it as a bug without checking upstairs first.
