Positions the region the same as another region. ScriptRegionResizing:SetAllPoints([relativeTo, doResize])
- relativeTo: - The reference or name of a region.
- if omitted, anchors to the parent region if applicable, otherwise to the screen dimensions.
- If explicitly passed, anchors relative to the screen dimensions.
- doResize:
- Only the TOPLEFT and BOTTOMRIGHT points will be set.
