The Spawn of Sethe is found at in the southeastern end of Sethekk Hollow in southeastern Spires of Arak. Four Sethekk Serpent Tenders are channeling a beam at a Corrupted Egg. Aggroing the fourth tender will release Sangrikass, Spawn of Sethe, from the egg. Kill it for ... and some Garrison Resources.
