Recipe: Thistle Tea

Recipe: Thistle Tea is a rogue-only Bind on Pickup cooking recipe.

The current version can be purchased by rogues for from in Hillsbrad Foothills.

This item was also a quest reward from:

• Klaven's Tower (quest)
• Mission: Possible But Not Probable

After a very long absence from the game, this version of the recipe was re-added in patch 10.1.7 and has a chance to be looted from classic lockboxes. It can also be learned by any character with sufficient skill in Classic cooking.

Quest reward copies of this recipe earned by rogues before patch 1.3.0 were not Bind on Pickup, and any that remain unused are still transferable to another character.

• In 2009, this item was seen on one server's auction house listing for
• In 2010 one sold in a cross-server deal for a collection of items worth

In the original quest, learning to make Thistle Tea was offered as a reward to anyone that could cook, not just rogues. Non-rogue characters at some point after patch 1.3.0 had the recipe removed from their cooking list.
