Territorial Birds

This quest in the Molten Front is available to players who have recruited the aid of the Druids of the Talon and completed Flight of the Storm Crows.

Slay 5 Fire Hawks.

• slain (5)

The fire hawks are upset by our continued presence. They're getting extremely hostile, and not just in the usual territorial ways. I worry that if we leave them unchecked, they will soon be joining the assault on our tree, and I'm not sure we're capable of handling that.

Go across the way to Fireplume Peak and do what you have to to keep them in check. I'm far more concerned with our safety right now than theirs, so be decisive about it.

You will receive:

• and
• 69400 XP
• 250 reputation with Guardians of Hyjal

The sooner, the better,. Their aggression may lead them farther from their roost if we leave them unchecked.

Well done,. It's good to know I can count on you.

You probably do not need to hunt down fire hawks. They will attack you while you do the How Hot daily, and you might kill enough fire hawks to complete the quest without even trying.
