Makeshift Grappling Hook

The Makeshift Grappling Hook is created by combining the following items after unlocking Naxxramas secrets by completing Wards of the Dread Citadel (and Memory of Scholomance):

• Abomination's Chain from fishing in slime anywhere in the instance, like the slime in Patchwerk's arena
• Construct's Hook from the Conveniently Misplaced Hook in the second room of the Construct Quarter at roughly
• Faerlina's Sewing Kit from Grand Widow Faerlina

After using the item, grappling hooks appear all over the instance, which are necessary for accessing Zackett Skullsmash (Inconvenience Fee), and achievements like Putting Wilhelm Out of Business among other activities.
