• Speak with Niuzao
• Complete one of the Celestial's Challenges

I would like to grant you my full array of draconic power, but sadly, it would tear your mortal frame apart. Still, it's not hopeless - I believe I can create a powerful vessel that you can use.

To craft it, I will need the blessings of the four August Celestials in Pandaria. Travel with me to the four temples and we will speak to each. To be worthy of their gifts, you must defeat one of their challenges.

They will not be easy - chose the one challenge best suited to your equipment and skills!

You will receive:

We have the four blessings of the celestials, and you have proven yourself by completing one of their challenges! I knew I saw great potential in you.

• 353000 XP
• +500 reputation with The Black Prince

Because of their length, tactics and strategy for the challenges has been split out to a separate article.

The first and only real step of the Patch 5.3 portion of Wrathion's legendary quest sends champions across the continent to visit the four temples and complete one of the four challenges. Each celestial offers a challenge: Champions should choose the challenge they are best equipped to deal with.

• Yu'lon at the Temple of the Jade Serpent: Caster/ranged (Hunter) DPS
• Chi-Ji at the Temple of the Red Crane: Healer
• Xuen at the Temple of the White Tiger: Melee DPS
• Niuzao at Niuzao Temple: Tank

During this quest, the surroundings of all temples except the Temple of the Jade Serpent are phased, with almost all NPCs and mobs removed. As such, the Xuen and Niuzao dailies and the Temple of the Red Crane chain in the Krasarang Wilds storyline cannot be completed while this quest is in your quest log.

After speaking with the four celestials and completing one of the challenges, find Wrathion at Mason's Folly on the Veiled Stair at overlooking the Thunderfoot Fields far below, and not inside the Tavern in the Mists.
