Hunger for Blood

Hunger for Blood is a rogue ability introduced in patch 3.0.2. It provides rogues with a large damage buff to their attacks provided that one bleed effect is on their target.

This can trigger with other classes bleed effects not just your own.
if your target does not have a bleed effect on it, you can use one-point Rupture to enable HoF.
