Glimmering Neltharite Cluster is a crafting reagent used in Dragon Isles Jewelcrafting. Find it in the Onyx Gem Cluster at in the back of the Cindershard Seam cave east of Obsidian Citadel. To see the gem cluster, reach Renown 21 with the Dragonscale Expedition, then acquire and use the Onyx Gem Cluster Map.
