Cobalt Serpents are wind serpents found in Sethekk Halls. They give +10 Lower City reputation when killed.

The Sethekk keeping wind serpents around is likely a nod to Sethe, the god they worshiped before the Summoned Old God. From a development perspective, the decision to make Sethe a wind serpent may have come from these Cobalt Serpents.
