Human Refugees

The Human Refugees was a group of human villagers, militia and soldiers in Tirisfal Glades. The group also contained several dwarves led by a mountain king, high elves led by Jennalla Deemspring and two human archmages. Several months after the end of the Third War, Arthas Menethil returned to Lordaeron, proclaimed himself a king and sought to rid it of humanity. The refugees tried to get away to Dalaran through mountain passes. They were allied with the paladin groups of Circle of Holy Light‎, Defenders of Justice‎, and Crippling Force‎ but they were all wiped out by the undead forces.

It is possible that Jennalla and her elves were still high elves and not present when Kael'thas Sunstrider renamed his surviving people as blood elves. Alternatively, they could have been blood elves who left Quel'Thalas.
