Rangari Kaalya

Rangari Kaalya is a draenei Marksmanship hunter native to Draenor who helped the champion address the threat of the Botani in southern Gorgrond. Soon after meeting Yrel, she flatly judged that the 'temple-kneeler' had no business being in Gorgrond (and possibly as being naïve) which quickly got on Yrel's nerves. After having fought at Karabor, Yrel believes she can handle the jungle. All this causes a mutual dislike between the two.

She can also be seen watching fights between garrison commanders in the Coliseum of Highmaul.

Kaalya is recruited by completing Service of Rangari Kaalya, the final quest of the In the Land of Giants storyline in Gorgrond if the player selects to build a lumber yard at Highpass.

• Kaalya will always have Counter Shot as her first ability, which counters Powerful Spell.
• If Kaalya is epic, she will have a random second ability.
• Kaalya's traits are always random.

• She has an invisible Follower recruiting spell with the following description:
• During the beta, she would have a hydra companion named Malchompa.
• Kaalya is voiced by Sumalee Montano.
