Ice Lance

Ice Lance is a Frost mage talent. It deals light damage to a target, and its damage is tripled against frozen targets.

When cast, Ice Lance also causes all stored Icicles from Mastery: Icicles to begin launching at the target. Taking Glacial Spike removes this effect.
