Madam Goya

Madam Goya originally ran the Black Market Auction House at the Black Market on the Veiled Stair, which is to the northeast of the Valley of the Four Winds in Pandaria. She accepts bids personally as she is distrustful of others.

After the events of Mists of Pandaria, she moved her operation to the in on. When Warlords of Draenor concluded she moved again, this time to The Underbelly in Dalaran at the Broken Isles. During the events of the Fourth War she was at Backwater Beach in Zuldazar. Following the awakening of the Dragon Isles, she moved to a building underneath Valdrakken.

Her bodyguard, Mister Chu is ever by her side, even when Marcus makes an appearance in A Steamy Romance Novel: Hot and Misty.

At some point, she offered cartloads of food at a "reasonable price" to Admiral Taylor and his garrison in Spires of Arak. However, the supplies never arrived.

Goya appears as a HS Madam Goya (legendary card) in the Mean Streets of Gadgetzan expansion for Hearthstone. In Hearthstone lore, she is apparently a member of the Jade Lotus and serves as the museum curator for the Gadgetzan Museum of Ancient Artifacts, which houses the Lotus' secret headquarters. Goya's flavor text reads: "She has set up her Black Market here in Gadgetzan for one purpose, to make a KILLING when make their inevitable comeback.""

Goya also appears as HS Madam Goya (boss) (one of the bosses) that can be encountered in the HS Dalaran Heist single-player experience in the Rise of Shadows expansion.

• Madam Goya briefly appears in Smokywood Pastures Presents: A Winter Veil Carol.
• Goya likes to keep eyes and ears open near important people or places, and will go as far as to try to sneak a spy inside. This is the real reason why she sends Zhang Yeoh to the player's garrison in 'appreciation' for finding an important manifest. From her interaction with Admiral Taylor, it is possible she does this to keep on top of any new business opportunities, which she can then quickly take advantage of to make a deal.
