Bloodsurge, Kel'Thuzad's Blade of Agony
Last wiki revision 2022-11-02
Bloodsurge, Kel'Thuzad's Blade of Agony drops from the Lich King in the 25-man version of Icecrown Citadel.
Kel'Thuzad was the Lich King's majordomo; Arthas resurrected him in the Sunwell. Players can fight Kel'Thuzad in Naxxramas. The flavor text of Bloodsurge may be from Kel'Thuzad's travels to set up the Cult of the Damned, where he preached that undeath would destroy the world, and thus set it free. Bloodsurge, however, is never seen in World of Warcraft or any previous games.
