I've got just the thing.

I recommend pairing our Tradewinds Kolsch with my house made Caraway Rye Loaf.

The breadiness of the beer pairs very nicely with the earthiness of the bread, while also cleansing the palate with its carbonation.

I recommend pairing our Snowberry Berliner with none other than a Snowberry Custard!

With this pairing you experience both sides of the snowberry's flavor profile: the sour in the beer and the delicate sweetness in the custard. The creaminess of the custard counteracts the pucker of the beer for a whimsical flavor adventure.

I recommend pairing our Drop Anchor Dunkel with a nice Hatherford Brunost.

I adore a good beer and cheese pairing, and these two marry together perfectly. Each has a smooth layer of caramel, and pairing them together brings out the best of it in both.

I recommend pairing our Pontoon Pilsner with our zesty Salted Tideway Cod.

The bright bitterness of the beer contrasts the sweetness of the cod rather nicely, while the hops adds a spicy compliment to the fish's notable saltiness.

I recommend pairing our Patina Pale Ale with my favorite comfort food, Col. Tenders Spiced Chicken.

The light honey of the beer works wonders to balance the spiciness of the chicken. It serves as a wonderful wheaty palate cleanser when the spice gets too overwhelming!

I recommend pairing our Hook Point Porter with some delicious Roasted Lasher Seeds.

Don't let the seeds fool you. The roasted, toasted flavors of the lasher seeds really sing when paired with the malty, rich depth of the beer. It may be a strange sounding pairing, but tides help me is it one of my favorites.
