Injured Razor Hill Grunt

Injured Razor Hill Grunts can be found along the beach of eastern Durotar. Although they will not have an exclamation mark over their heads, they will give a quest to rescue four of their number.

After being rescued, each grunt will follow the player for a short time while they recover, but will not engage in combat. They will then leave, thanking the player.

Note that, while the grunts are always happy to be rescued, they do not offer their quest until you have completed the quest From Bad to Worse.
