Volcanoth

Volcanoth is an immense fire turtle which dwells in Volcanoth's Lair and is worshipped as a god by the pygmies of the Lost Isles, but it's not really a god according to Hobart Grapplehammer. The pygmies have been sacrificing the captured inhabitants of the Town-In-A-Box to the massive creature.
After Volcanoth is killed by the goblin adventurer, the volcano in which it dwelled erupts, setting much of the island ablaze.
