At the Abandoned Purlieu, click on the Ornate Mirror. You gain a vehicle bar with the following buttons. As the text states, your movement keys will also work; for most players, this will be WASD.

Carved Tricksters will occasionally appear with a warning on the screen: They'll attempt to reach one of the mirrors on the ground to shine at you, knocking you off of your mirror. Shoot them before they can shoot you.
