Orphan Matron Mercy

Orphan Matron Mercy is a jungle troll who runs the orphanage in the Lower City in Shattrath alongside Nicole Bartlett. She serves as a quest giver during Children's Week.

• Children's Week
• Back to the Orphanage
• Children's Week (Alliance Outland) / Children's Week (Horde Outland)

• Normal
• The conflicts in Outland are deadlier than any I have ever seen. And their most tragic victims are the children that are left behind.

• Now, with the threat against Shattrath from the arakkoa of Skettis, there will be even more orphans to take care of. These children often live without the hope of a bright future.

During Children's Week, she adds an extra line:

• But you have the power to do something about that. It's Children's Week,, and I implore you to volunteer to bring joy and wonder into a child's life.

• After completing Back to the Orphanage
• It is good to see you again, <Class> . <Dornaa/Salandria> has been asking about you.
