Fel dragons are a type of fel-inflicted skeleton dragon raised by a demon's blood that seeps to the body of the corpse.
Felmyst in Sunwell Plateau is the only known fel dragon, originally Madrigosa, was raised by the blood of Brutallus seeping to her corpse.
It seems likely that the blue dragon Arcanagos became a fel dragon.
