Spinefish Alpha (quest)

Spinefish Alpha is a quest available from the Spinefish Alpha, which is randomly caught from open water near sha-infested land in Pandaria.

Bring the Spinefish Alpha to Nat Pagle at Anglers Wharf.

• Spinefish Alpha (provided)

You have fished up something special. It looks pretty aggressive.

Maybe Nat Pagle at the Anglers Wharf might know more about it?

You will receive:

Strange fish?

That's not what I think it is, is it? Oh wow, a spinefish alpha, one of Pandaria's deadliest predators.

Spinefish are malformed abominations created by the sha presence, and these big ones are simply terrifying. An alpha will often eat other spinefish, even though there isn't a single part of them that's edible.

Luckily for both of us, they are very interesting to alchemists.

While it is possible to catch a second one of these fish after turning in the daily quest, it cannot be turned in again that day. It can be kept to be turned in after the daily quest resets the next morning.
