Open the door with the watcher staff.

• Ascend the scaffolding to the location of the third watcher
• Complete the Unlocking Sequence
• Make your way inside
• Repaired Titan Staff (provided)

We've finally figured out the placement of the third stone--and ye get to do the honors! I've affixed the stone to what's left of the watcher's staff. Just climb the scaffolding there, hold it up, and watch the show!
