Empowered Moonkin

Empowered Moonkin was a druid Draenor Perk, available as early as level 92, though it was not guaranteed to be acquired until level 98.

• During development, this perk was initially called Enhanced Frenzy, and then Enhanced Owlkin Frenzy; and the buff was called Owlkin Fury. Enhanced Frenzy's effect was: "Triggering Owlkin Frenzy also makes your next damage or healing spell cast within 10 sec instant." By the time went live, Owlkin Frenzy (Wrath Classic) was removed, and Empowered Moonkin triggered by itself instead.
