The Forgotten Feather is located at on a floating island southeast of the Keeper's Respite in northeastern Korthia. To get to the island, use a Goblin Glider Kit or Slow Fall from at the path immediately to the south of the respite.
Loot the feather for the Forgotten Feather item and progress toward Treasures of Korthia.
