The Silver Hand (artifact)

The Silver Hand is the artifact used by holy paladins in World of Warcraft: Legion.

This item is a quest reward from The Silver Hand (quest).

• As one of the titanic watchers, Keeper Tyr bore this weapon in countless battles against the titans' enemies. When one of his fellow keepers, Loken, fell to corruption, Tyr and his allies stole the Discs of Norgannon to investigate the extent of Loken's betrayal. Discovering the theft, Loken sent horrific monsters after Tyr's group, but Tyr sacrificed his life to fight the creatures while his comrades escaped with the discs. His hammer was lost with him somewhere beneath the land now named in his honor: Tirisfal.

Hidden trait: Might of the Silver Hand

• Equipping the Silver Hand also adds a cosmetic tome at the player's belt. If the hammer is transmogged, the book will not be shown. The book changes color depending on the artifact appearance chosen.
• Though called the "Silver Hand", it is different from the actual replacement hand Tyr had, which was apparently placed above where his Tomb lay, until it eventually went missing.
• The Silver Hand's hidden appearance is nearly identical to Reinhardt's hammer from Overwatch. To match this, Divine Shield takes on an appearance similar to his shield while using this appearance.
