Ithurian Whitespire

Ithurian Whitespire is a Highborne night elf arcane reforger located in the Cordell's Enchanting shop found in the Canal District (Mage Quarter section) of Stormwind City. He is part of the Whitespire family and is standing near Lucan and Jessara Cordell. Recently, however, the business of reforging in the city has been taken over by the ethereals of The Three Winds establishment, near Cathedral Square.

He is apparently related to Aladrel Whitespire and Erdunor Whitespire, two other Highborne magi who have settled in Darnassus and Ironforge, respectively.

"The Highborne have returned, and with them spellcraft lost to the world for centuries.

Do you have something for me to examine?"

"Were you looking to reforge an item? I no longer provide such services.

• Post-Patch 4.3.0

The ethereals of "Three Winds" in Stormwind's Cathedral District will help you, though.

Any of the city's guards can provide directions."

"A thaumaturge can modify the magical effects of a [sic] item; this aspect of thaumaturgy is known as reforging.

''Through reforging, a secondary attribute of any piece of weaponry, armor or jewelry may be reduced in order to add an additional secondary attribute. In this manner one may customize their equipment to best match their role and skills.

For example, if an item afforded you a bonus to strike your enemies but you'd rather it made you attack more quickly, a thaumaturge could, for a price, reforge the item to have less Hit Rating but increase your Haste Rating."

During the beta, he had the title Thaumaturge.
