Formula: Runed Elementium Rod

This recipe is required by Enchanters to create high level Cataclysm enchantments.

It may be purchased from a Shard Vendor in Twilight Highlands for.

• in Highbank
• in Dragonmaw Port

Both those vendors are phased; you can only see them once you have completed the introductory quests in Twilight Highlands for your given faction.

You will need to:

• be at least level 83
• have completed the quest chain that will start from the Hero's Call Board in Stormwind or Warchief's Command Board in Orgrimmar
• have 515 Enchanting skill (even though you learn recipes that require this rod at skill level 470)
