Tortaka Refuge

Tortaka Refuge is a small camp of the Tortaka tortollans located atop a small isle on the northeastern coast of Vol'dun. The Tortaka retreated here after being forced out of their home village at the nearby Darkwood Shoal by the Stormcoil naga.
