The closest vendor for Crystal Vials is Kyra Boucher at Pestle's Apothecary in the Trade District. Another, more convenient source for vials is Gnimo from any Reins of the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth. The Blood Nettles are under the trees and in bushes beside buildings of the Stormwind City Outskirts.
