Aphrom the Guise of Madness is a n'raqi located in Neferset City in Uldum. It is only present during Assault: The Black Empire (Uldum), and has a chance to spawn along with two other random rares after closing enough summoning rituals. The rituals are closed by killing the Acolytes of N'Zoth.
