Palewind Chief

The Palewind Chief is the deceased leader of the decimated Palewind tribe of yaungol. He can be found in Hatred's Vice, lying in a pool of the oil that the yaungol so covet. He and his people died when Suna Silentstrike came, bringing with her the Sha of Hatred. Possessed by hatred, he could not maintain order, and his people slaughtered themselves.
