Impending Catastrophe

Impending Catastrophe is the warlock class ability of the Venthyr Covenant. It's available to all warlocks who join the Venthyr.

This ability is also temporarily available during the Revendreth portion of the Shadowlands campaign; it's given by the quest The Authority of Revendreth and lasts until you finish the Revendreth storyline.

• Impending Catastrophe appears as HS Impending Catastrophe (an epic warlock spell) in the HS Murder at Castle Nathria expansion for Hearthstone. It is one of ten different covenant abilities featured in the expansion, each thematically associated with one of the ten prime suspects in the expansion's central storyline—in Impending Catastrophe's case, Imp King Rafaam. In Hearthstone, the spell synergizes with imps and its name is reframed as a pun, similar to other warlock cards like HS Imp-losion and HS Impferno. Impending Catastrophe's flavor text reads: The imps end you, and the cats... well, they astrophe.
