Mama Celeste

Mama Celeste is an individual of uncertain background who currently resides in the farmhouse of Furlbrow's Pumpkin Farm.

In these desperate times, she is cooking Westfall Mud Pies and will solicit help gathering "fresh dirt" and coyote tails.

She was present during the Legion Invasions.
