The Abandoned Junkheap is located in Tiragarde Sound. Head to the Banshee's Wail and speak to Dread-Admiral Tattersail to travel to Plunder Harbor. From there, you can fly to Timberfell Outpost (assuming you completed Our Mountain Now) and then travel southwest.

Avoid the alarm areas while dealing with the mechanical dogs. Once done harvesting, look for a chest protected by a bluish force field. Approaching it will add the special action button Overcharge. Return to Dazar'alor when your business here is finished.
