Turi Flickerflame

Turi Flickerflame is a gnome located in Theramore Isle in Dustwallow Marsh. Turi is a former apprentice of the late Rhonin and the leader of the Sullied Banner, a rogue mage sect, that wanted to create mana bombs. She also wanted to give closure to her followers after the destruction of Theramore and the death of Rhonin. As she was working on three mobs at once, an adventurer sent by Surigosa and Kalecgos defeated her. Instead of killing her, she was taken back to the dragons for examination. She then spoke with Kalec and expressed disappointment and sadness over the loss of Theramore and its circumstances. Kalec wanted to speak with her further about the future she wanted to build for her fellow mages.
